Immigration Appeals

Immigration Appeals and Inadmissibility
Immigration determination involves a complex process of applying a legal definition to facts about an individual application, status, circumstance and country situations that can be interpreted differently from person to person. Decision-makers do not automatically come up with the same answer, which can result in serious inconsistencies. Our Lawyers at A.R.E Law have the necessary experience to identify these inconsistencies and assist you with your appeal.
Appeals give most claimants a chance to prove that the Decision-maker was wrong in fact or law or both. In some cases, it also permits claimants to introduce new evidence that was not reasonably available at the time of the decision.
To determine whether you can appeal your negative decision or to obtain more information on pursuing an appeal, please contact A.R.E Law to schedule a consultation with one of our skilled immigration lawyers.
