Procedural Fairness Letter

If IRCC sends a Procedural Fairness Letter(P.F.L.), it is imperative to submit a throrough and detailed response with factual arguments. Many people do not understand the seriousness of the situation that they generally respond on their own with feeble responses. This often leads to a refusal. This is the only time IRCC is allowing you to respond before the application is refused. A.R.E. Law highly recommends procuring professional help to submit a formulated response, since there will not be another opportunity. A rejected application can also come with severe consequences, such as becoming Inadmissible to Canada with a 5-year ban for Misrepresentation.

A Procedural Fairness Letter is commonly issued for the following reasons:
-Genuineness of the relationship
-Medical Inadmissibility
-Misrepresentation
-Criminal Inadmissibility
-Express Entry: Wrong N.O.C., employment letter, insufficient evidence
-Security Reasons
